Registration and Account Integrity

• Account creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Account responsibilities: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. To the extent permitted by law, Liv247 The Grocer Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account that is not caused by us.

Ordering and Payments

• Prices: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST.
• Order processing: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, including but not limited to credit review, the unavailability of a product, or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on our website or app.
• Payment terms: All payments are due upon checkout. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed and the products will not be dispatched.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Refunds are processed in accordance with that policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
